Municipal Court. Municipal Court/Violations is located on the 1st Floor in the Township of Washington Municipal Complex. Municipal Court is held on the first and third Thursday of each month in the Municipal Courtroom, located at 350 Hudson Avenue beginning at 4:00 PM unless noted otherwise. Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 10:00am- 2:00pm.
